Terms and Conditions Pelita888 – Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to Pelita888. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and Pelita888 ("Platform", "we", "Company"). The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to personal details such as your email address or phone number must be updated via account settings or by contacting our support team.

Pelita888 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including local bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets, and other approved online payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit

The minimum deposit per transaction is as stated in the Deposit section of the platform. Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by our system. Pelita888 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same member's name. This is an important security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. • Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification before it can be processed.
• The registered bank account must be in the same name as the Pelita888 account.
• Pelita888 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity will be placed on hold pending investigation.

Pelita888 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, Pelita888 will attempt to restore the session based on available server records. If restoration is not possible, any affected wagers will be returned to the member's account balance. Pending wins at the time of the disruption may not be credited, depending on the status of the server records.

Live Casino Games

For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final once the round is closed. Any dispute regarding a live game outcome will be resolved based on the video recording of the relevant session retained by our system.

Sports Betting

All confirmed sports bets cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in the betting rules. Pelita888 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a clear technical error or significant pricing mistake.

• Coordinating with other members to exploit system or game vulnerabilities.

• Any activity that violates applicable laws in Malaysia.

Pelita888 reserves the right to investigate any complaint relating to member conduct and take appropriate action based on the findings of such investigation. Pelita888's decisions on disciplinary matters are final.

You may close your Pelita888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed, or those bonuses will be forfeited. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Closure by Pelita888

Pelita888 reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified period.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• Members who have enrolled in the self-exclusion programme.

Pelita888 provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pelita888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, wins, or data.

Pelita888's maximum liability to any member in respect of any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Pelita888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material amendments will be communicated to members at least thirty (30) days before taking effect via registered email or a clear notice within the platform.

Minor amendments that do not affect members' fundamental rights may take effect immediately with shorter notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest terms and conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

If you disagree with any amendment to these terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date will be considered full acceptance of the amended terms.
